OK Next builds
the systems companies
run on.
Automation, AI agents, dashboards and custom software. Written in code, not assembled from no-code boxes. Two brands carry the work to market: Automato AI in English worldwide, Italia GHL in Italian for Italy.

01 — WHAT WE BUILD
One system, traced end to end:
- An inbound lead arrives from paid social as a WhatsApp message.
- The agent qualifies it in natural language against the organization’s own criteria — the qualifying criteria are the organization’s, not ours.
- A qualified lead becomes an appointment written into the CRM.
- Defined triggers hand the conversation to a person instead of continuing.
Qualification is the part OK Next writes. Paid social, WhatsApp, the CRM and the appointment are systems the organization already runs.
One system, end to end: a message arrives from an ad, the agent qualifies it against your own criteria, the appointment is written into your CRM, and defined triggers hand the conversation to a person.

04 — HOW WE BUILD
We write the automation. You own the source, you can read the logs, and nobody bills you per task.
- No-code platforms
- Per-task fees that scale with your volume, a connector that changes under you, and failures you find out about from a customer.
- Written code
- Versioned, tested, logged. Your repository, your servers or ours, and a running cost that is the server plus the API calls it actually makes.
05 — QUESTIONS
Questions
What does OK Next actually do?
OK Next builds custom software for businesses: process automation, AI agents on WhatsApp and voice, internal dashboards, applied AI systems, and full web platforms. It is not a SaaS product and does not sell a subscription to a platform of its own, with one exception — CRM Automato, sold in Italy by its Italia GHL brand.
Do we own the code?
You do. Code, configuration and the intellectual property in what OK Next builds for you belong to you, and that is written into the agreement. The repository, the credentials and the environment configuration are handed over at launch. Nothing in your system depends on a license from us to keep running.
Why not just use Zapier, Make or n8n?
Use them if your workflow is genuinely five steps with no branching. OK Next starts where those stop: conditional logic that nests, retries that must be idempotent, rate limits, partial failures that must not double-charge a customer, and a connector that changes and breaks something quietly at 2am. Code does not bill you per task.
How is a project delivered?
OK Next scopes a project in writing before anything is built: what it includes, what it excludes, the price, and the monthly running cost stated separately. The build then lands in increments you can run, so the first working piece arrives early and you can say what is wrong while it is still cheap to change.
Can we see examples of your work?
Selected systems are described on the work page by sector and by mechanism. OK Next does not publish client logos or case studies without permission, because most of what it builds is internal to the businesses that own it. On a call you get the architecture, the decisions behind it, and what each system costs to run.
Tell us what needs building.
Describe the process, who does it now, and the systems it touches. OK Next reads it and replies within one business day.
