OK Next is one company with two brands, because it runs two different businesses. Automato AI sells engineering time and outcomes in English, worldwide. Italia GHL sells a subscription CRM in Italy, in Italian. Separate brands mean neither has to pretend to be the other.

Automato AI and Italia GHL are not partners, resellers or subsidiaries. They are brands of OK Next. One company signs the contract, issues the invoice and carries the liability, whichever brand you arrived through.
The two businesses are deliberately different. One sells engineering time against a written scope. The other sells a subscription with a published price. Keeping them under separate brands means the CRM subscription does not have to pretend to be custom engineering, and custom engineering does not have to pretend to have a price list.
When an Italia GHL customer needs something a configured CRM cannot do, that work moves to Automato AI.
