About OK Next
OK Next builds custom automation, AI agents, dashboards and software for companies in the United States and Europe, and operates two brands: Automato AI and Italia GHL.
01 — WHAT OK NEXT BUILDS
OK Next builds software for businesses. Process automation, AI agents, internal dashboards, applied AI systems, and full custom platforms. The work is custom-coded and delivered as software the client owns.
The company operates under two brands. Automato AI is the build practice: it takes engagements in the United States and internationally, scoped and delivered in English, and it is where the automation, agent, dashboard, applied-AI and platform work happens. Italia GHL is a product business serving one market: a white-label CRM in Italian, sold as CRM Automato, with setup, migration and training quoted separately.
Those are two different businesses. One sells engineering time against a written scope; the other sells a subscription. Keeping them under separate brands means neither has to pretend to be the other. Both sit under one company, one engineering standard and one contracting relationship. Whichever brand you arrived through, the company on the invoice is OK Next.
02 — WHAT IT IS NOT
OK Next is not a SaaS platform and does not sell an AI workflow product. There is no self-serve signup, no free tier, no integration marketplace, and no “50+ integrations” — OK Next integrates with whatever has an API and writes the integration layer where one does not exist.
It is not a reseller of a single platform. It is not a staffing shop, and it does not place contractors inside your team. It has one priced product, CRM Automato, sold in Italy by Italia GHL; everything else is quoted per project.
03 — HOW THE WORK IS DELIVERED
OK Next is a technology holding. It delivers technology services worldwide through a network of companies and professionals in the field, and through the brands it owns. Work is scoped in writing before it starts, built against that scope, and delivered in increments a client can run as they land. Whoever writes a part of a system is who you ask about it, during the build and after it ships.
OK Next does not publish client logos or revenue figures. What it will do, on a call, is walk you through systems it has built, the decisions behind them, and what they cost to run.
04 — WHERE THE SHAPE COMES FROM
The load draws the curve. A hanging weight finds the one line that carries it, and the line is settled before a single stone is cut. OK Next works a system out in that order: the process as it runs today is measured first, and the software is written to the shape that measurement gives.
An orthographic drawing in two halves, reflected about a horizontal line that runs off both edges.
- Below the line, a chain hangs freely between two abutments under its own weight. Its links are equal along the curve, so they crowd at the ends and open out at the lowest point.
- Above the line, the identical curve is inverted and built as an arch of wedge-shaped stones, closed at the crown by a keystone.
- At each end, a masonry abutment cut through and hatched, running off the edge of the drawing.
- Both curves leave their abutments at the same angle, which is the angle of the diagonals in the OK Next monogram.
As the chain hangs, so — inverted — the arch stands. The same line, carrying load in the opposite direction.

Questions
What does OK Next do?
OK Next builds custom software for businesses: process automation, AI agents on WhatsApp, voice and web, internal dashboards, applied AI systems, and full web platforms. It operates two brands, Automato AI for English-language delivery worldwide and Italia GHL for the Italian market.
Where is OK Next located?
OK Next is distributed. Work is scoped, built and delivered remotely, with working hours that overlap the United States business day. Contracts and invoices are with the US company, under US terms.
Who does the work?
OK Next scopes the work, writes it and carries it. A client deals with the company throughout, whichever part of a system they are asking about: one written scope, one quoted price, and one address to write to.
Is Automato AI the same company as OK Next?
Automato AI is a brand operated by OK Next. It is not a separate company. The contract, the invoice and the liability sit with OK Next. Italia GHL is the second brand, serving the Italian market. Both are operated by the same company and delivered to the same engineering standard.
