Acceptance and operator

oknextllc.com is operated by OK Next LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States. Reading or otherwise using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

These terms are an agreement between you and OK Next LLC about this website. They cover nothing else.

Scope

This site is informational. Nothing published on it is an offer, a quote, a proposal, or a guarantee of a result. A price is quoted per project in a written proposal, and only that proposal binds either party.

Where a page states how quickly an email is answered, that describes how OK Next LLC works and it is a commitment we hold ourselves to. It says nothing about the outcome of any work, and no statement on this site should be read as promising one.

Descriptions of systems already built describe what was built. They are not a warranty that a comparable system would behave the same way in your business.

Intellectual property

The content of this site belongs to OK Next LLC. The text, the page structure, the typographic system, the OK Next mark, and the Automato AI and Italia GHL names and marks are owned by OK Next LLC or used by it under license.

You may read the site, print a page for your own use, and quote a passage with attribution and a link. You may not copy the site or a substantial part of it, republish it, present it as your own, or use the OK Next mark or either brand name in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.

The typefaces, libraries and other third-party components used to build this site remain the property of their authors and are used under their own licenses.

Ownership of software built for a client is settled by the engagement agreement described below. Nothing in this section changes it.

Third-party marks

Naming a platform is nominative use and implies no endorsement.

HighLevel and GoHighLevel are trademarks of HighLevel Inc. Other platforms, services and products named on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. OK Next LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as an agent for any of them unless a page says so in those words.

Client engagements

Client work is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms.

That agreement sets the scope, the price, the schedule, what counts as acceptance, the confidentiality obligations, the ownership of what is delivered, and — where personal data is involved — the data processing terms. Where it and this page disagree about client work, the engagement agreement wins. These terms continue to govern your use of this website.

Acceptable use

Use this site to read it and to write to us. You agree not to do any of the following.

  • Probe, scan or test the site or the infrastructure behind it for vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • Attempt to gain access to any system, network or account connected to it.
  • Interfere with its availability, including through automated request volume that degrades it for other people.
  • Introduce malicious code, or attempt to.
  • Misrepresent yourself as OK Next LLC or as a person connected to it.
  • Use the published address for unsolicited commercial mail.

Retrieval by search-engine and AI crawlers is permitted; robots.txt states what is allowed. If you find a security problem with this site, write to hello@oknextllc.com and describe it.

No warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OK Next LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete, current, or suitable for your situation. Nothing published here is legal, tax, financial or engineering advice for your case.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. Where that is so, the exclusions above apply only as far as the law allows, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OK Next LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website.

That includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, and business interruption, whether the claim is brought in contract, in tort, under statute or on any other basis, and whether or not OK Next LLC was told such damage was possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of OK Next LLC arising out of or relating to this website is limited to the amount you have paid for access to it. Access is free of charge.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from client work is governed by the engagement agreement, and this section does not limit it.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

The state and federal courts sitting in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or out of this website, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in, and it does not remove your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Changes to these terms

The date at the top of this page is the date these terms last changed. OK Next LLC may change them, and the version published here when you use the site is the version that applies to that use.

A change never applies retroactively to a dispute that arose before it was published, and it never alters an engagement agreement already signed.
