Custom software and web platforms
Sometimes the answer is not an automation or a dashboard but a product: a platform your customers log into, or the system your whole operation runs on. OK Next builds those end to end.

01 — WHAT THIS IS
Accounts and authentication, roles and permissions, subscription billing, document generation and PDF export, notifications, third-party integrations, an admin backend, and the deployment and monitoring that keep it up.
OK Next has built platforms for membership organizations, financial services, coaching and trading operations. The interesting problems are never the framework — they are the invoicing rules, the compliance requirement, and the one workflow the business genuinely does differently.
Work runs in short increments against a staging URL you can open at any time. What you review is running software. At launch you get the repository, the infrastructure and the documentation. After that OK Next either operates it on a monthly agreement or hands it cleanly to your own team.
One repository holds the application, and it is the repository you own. Inside it, two groups of modules.
Self-contained — modules that are only code and reach nothing outside:
- Authentication
- Roles and permissions
- Admin backend
- PDF generation
- Notifications
Reaches outside — five modules sit on the repository’s edge, each wired through it to one system that is not in the repository:
- Billing
- Stripe
- E-invoicing
- FatturaPA and SDI
- E-signature
- DocuSeal and DocuSign
- Integrations
- Your CRM and calendar
- Deployment and monitoring
- Vercel or your server
The repository’s lower edge is the handover line. Four things cross it at launch: the repository, the infrastructure, the credentials and the runbook.
Everything inside the boundary is handed over at launch. The five systems outside it are not code — they are services the application talks to.

Simulated interface. Every value in it is a placeholder. One record seen through two roles: the admin view adds three fields and loses the client's write access on a fourth.
03 — HOW IT IS BUILT
01
Scope
The process as it runs today, written down, with the manual steps and handoffs named.
02
Build
Short cycles against a staging URL you can open at any time.
03
Instrument
Logs, alerting and an admin view, so a failure surfaces to a human.
04
Operate
Monthly operation, or a clean handover to your team. Both are quoted at scoping.
04 — EVIDENCE
Tell us what needs building.
Describe the process, who does it now, and the systems it touches. OK Next reads it and replies within one business day.
