There is no form and no call scheduler. Write one email and you get a written scope back.
01 — WHAT TO PUT IN YOUR FIRST EMAIL
The mailto link above already carries these as a template. Overwrite it however you like.
02 — WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
01
Reply
Within one business day. If two business days pass, send it again — the mail was lost.
02
Call
30 to 45 minutes on the process as it runs today. No deck, no discovery package, no invoice for the conversation.
03
Written scope
What will be built, what it excludes, the price, and the monthly running cost stated separately.
03 — WHAT IS COMMITTED
The three steps above are the whole commitment: a reply, a call, a written scope. A signal arm is that kind of commitment in hardware: it can be read from a distance, by anyone, without asking.
- A slender post stands on the ground line, its head rounded.
- A spindle passes through the post a little below its head.
- One signal arm is hung on that spindle, in front of the post, and inclined downward and to the right, clear of the horizontal. A lens casting is bolted to the arm a third of the way out.
- Behind the post, the same casting continues past the pivot as a down-rod ending in a counterweight, drawn cut.
- The operating wire leaves the counterweight, drops clear of the post and runs out of the drawing to the left.
- The arm has two positions and no third: horizontal is danger, inclined is clear. It comes off danger, falls to clear, and settles on its stop. Cut the wire and the counterweight returns it to danger.
Two indications and no third. Cut the wire and the arm falls back to danger under its own weight.

05 — WHY THERE IS NO FORM
A form puts a database between you and OK Next. Email arrives as you wrote it, leaves you your own copy of what you sent, and works without cookies, without a tracker, and without a lead-capture funnel deciding when to follow up with you.
